Described as âmelt in the mouthâ and âbeautifully curedâ, we use the freshest Scottish salmon which is then hand cured by our artisanal smokers and smoked slowly in Scotch whisky cask chippings to infuse them with an enticingly rich flavour evocative of the windswept isles.
