Our Harris & Lewis Smoked Scottish Salmon has been shortlisted in the Smoked Fish and Seafood category at the Great British Food Awards 2022 🏆
Described as “melt in the mouth” and “beautifully cured”, we use the freshest Scottish salmon which is then hand cured by our artisanal smokers and smoked slowly in Scotch whisky cask chippings to infuse them with an enticingly rich flavour evocative of the windswept isles.
