Today is a big day for GroAqua  

World’s Largest Barge – Delivered to the customer

The barge was delivered today. There are some final preparations to do before its being towed to one of the large exposed sites in the Faroe Islands.

These barges are built to withstand rough weather and operate on exposed sites. Each has a feed capacity of 1,100 tons and is equipped with 24 feeding lines.

In a statement Gro Aqua announces:

- We’re currently building three more of these large newbuilds for the aquaculture industry.

The massive feeding barges are going to be operated by a combination of GroAqua’s FishFeeder and GroVision solutions. A proven way to efficiently and sustainably feed fish autonomously and semi autonomously.
