KJ Delivers advanced new work catamaran to Cooke Aquaculture

Cooke Aquaculture has taken delivery of its new work catamaran, Cooke Challenger, built and equipped by KJ to support a wide range of aquaculture operations.

The 18-metre vessel is powered by two 750 hp FPT C16 engines and features bow and stern thrusters, providing excellent manoeuvrability for precision work around fish farming facilities.

Designed for demanding day-to-day operations, Cooke Challenger is equipped with two Palfinger cranes, three deck capstans, a 20-tonne winch, and a spacious working deck, giving crews the flexibility to carry out a variety of maintenance and servicing tasks.

With its strong performance and versatile deck equipment, Cooke Challenger strengthens Cooke Aquaculture's operational capabilities and reflects the continued investment in modern, efficient solutions for the aquaculture industry.
