Port of Tórshavn introduce cancellation fees

The Port of Tórshavn will introduce cancellation fees for cruise calls from 1 January 2026 

Cancellation fees (tonnage & dock dues):

Within 6 months of scheduled arrival: 15%

Within 3 months of scheduled arrival: 30%

Within 1 month of scheduled arrival: 50%

Within 48 hours of ETA: 100%

Please note:

Applicability may be assessed by the port case-by-case, taking relevant factors into account (incl. local weather).

Direct costs incurred due to a cancellation may be charged to the vessel.

Amendments (change of date and/or vessel) may be possible without a cancellation fee, subject to port capacity.
