LookNorth is preparing to build a new production and office facility, which will be located Undir Hamri in Klaksvík. The construction contract for the project was recently signed, and design work is already underway. According to the current plan, construction will begin in early March.
At the same time, the company has announced that its existing commercial building will soon be put up for sale. The property can either be sold immediately with an agreement allowing LookNorth to remain until the new building is ready, or it can be sold once the company has moved into its new facilities.
CEO Ragnar O. Sundstein explains that a contract has also been signed with Búsetur for the construction of the new building, which will cover approximately 4,500 square meters — nearly twice the size of the current premises. The company expects the new facility to be completed during the coming year.

The sale of the existing building will be handled by Skyn, and the property is expected to be listed shortly.
