Delivery is scheduled for 2026, with more sister ships to follow.

Recently Royal T Shipyards proudly celebrated the keel laying of Hull 379, the second vessel in the innovative GADUS series of 5,600 DWT dry cargo ships, currently under construction for their valued partner Navigare Shipping & Logistics of the Faroe Islands.
Following the lead vessel Hav Leiti, this marks the continued roll-out of a new generation of smart, clean, and future-proof vessels, developed through a close collaboration between two family-owned companies with a shared vision for greener maritime transport.
⚙️ Key innovations include:
- Diesel-electric propulsion with four generator sets
- IMO Tier-III compliance and onboard sewage treatment
- Shore power connection for zero-emission port operations
- Electric self-discharger on wagon system for efficient handling
- High-cubic hold for flexible cargo capacity
- Full in-house engineering and advanced automation
During the traditional ceremony, a specially engraved coin, symbolizing good fortune at sea, was welded to the tanktop. A second coin, reflecting family heritage and personal dedication, was placed onto the vessel’s support frame.
Delivery is scheduled for 2026, with more sister ships to follow.
