MV Hav Sardis enters service as Navigare expands fleet with newbuild series

Navigare Shipping has welcomed MV Hav Sardis into service as the fourth vessel in the Groot 5200 XL series, now operating under a long‑term charter with the company. The vessel loaded her first cargo today in Caronte, officially marking the start of her operational career.

The fleet expansion continues just weeks after Navigare announced the addition of MV Hav Coral, the third vessel in its newbuilding program. Hav Coral entered the fleet in Huelva, where she took on her first cargo before beginning full commercial service.

According to Navigare, the ongoing delivery of new, more efficient vessels strengthens the company’s long‑term strategy of modernising its operations and increasing cargo capacity across its trading network.

With Hav Coral and Hav Sardis now sailing, Navigare’s newbuilding program continues to progress steadily—reinforcing the company’s commitment to reliable service, fleet renewal, and sustainable maritime transport.
